Ok, downloaded and retained v9.1.29, deleted the Assembly folder, installed the update. Sorry but the same result, its inserting spaces, about 19 after the county name.

Trying anything I also downloaded the adi file from LoTW manually and did the QSL import from a file instead of the web with same result.
Also, thinking maybe the userfield may have too many characters I de-populated the Rig and Antenna fields which eliminated about 33 characters, same result, import puts 19 spaces in after the county....

Your fine to log-in, we'll have to set a day and time.

thanks for all the help...

Ok Kyle, let us know when you do a new LoTW QSL download that have Counties and if after importing and doing an awards update they result in new CNTY rejects.

Thanks,

Latest update still showing rejected counties after running Awards Update. I know Fixstuff will correct these is there something else I need to do?

Give me an example of a reject, and look at that county in the Userfields log form. We find that the ARRL is putting JA Prefectures in CNTY. It could be that.

I need to get with you on the spaces after the county. I would like to log in and take a look. Just can't make it happen here.

Tnx & 73,

Ok tonight I received 2 QSLs from LOTW. 1 DX the other stateside with county.

NR4M 11/26/2016 1906z 10 CW Orange County, VA

Looking the USERFIELDS Log Form I see 21 extra spaces after the county name.

"CNTY:VA,ORANGE |"

Nothing else no JA Prefectures.

I deleted the 21 spaces and re-ran Update Awards Progress with no rejects.
