The view of needed spots can be several hours behind not showing spots that are shown when "show all" is checked. Restarting the program brings up the latest.

Hi Bob, Insure you have the interval set between downloads, I keep mine at 1 minute. Also insure you have the "Timer Enabled" checkbox checked. Let us know. FWIW - No issues here with it. 73, Brad K8ZM

Thanks for the suggestion FYI, the ALL spot log works fine. It is the needed spots that at times does not update for hours. Where deo I find the setting you mention?

Whichever webcluster you have open should be minimized in LOGics desktop, just restore up. Mine is set to DxSummit, its minimized in LOGics desktop at the bottom far left screen. The pic attached is what it looks like when restored up. Maybe check also in the Spot Log Options tab to see what the spot level is set to, it may be minimizing the number of spots displayed. Also look to see if any Pre filters were set.

I keep the spot log open all the time so I can see the image of the contact. I was just asking where to find those setting you mention.

No problems with the spot log displaying spots. It is the screen showing needed spots (where SHOW ALL is unchecked). That can left without updates for hours.
FYI, I get spots from VE7CC thru the CC User front-end software on the PC. Spots are coming in continuously and are shown on the ALL tab.
Please tell me where those settings are that you mentioned previously.

Sorry for the delay, I'm in the middle of migrating to a new PC, not fun BTW !!
I can tell you where mine is....I use one of the "default" offered clusters (DX Summit) which you can select by going to the Forms tab, select "Webcluster for DX Summit" and it places a minimized DX Summit window at the bottom left LOGics desktop. If you maximize it you will see the same as the pic attached above where you can make changes to the interval. Hope that helps.
