I had a direct lighting strike in June. I controlled the station remotely. I replaced the Icom 7300 with a Flex 6600. WSJT reads the frequency from the radio. I can not get Logic to read the frequency or control the rotor. The rotor is on Com 1 and it worked with Logic and N1MM before the lighting strike. The rotor is not working with N1MM. I replaced the Rotor EZ board in the control box.
I am running the latest Logic update.
I am now questioning myself! Did I plug the Serial cable into the computer? I'm not at the station to check.
If someone could help me get Logic to read the radio and log my WSJT contacts that would be great. I could live with out the rotor until I get to the station to see if I did or did not connect the serial cable from the rotor control box. Can you tell that I have a lot on my plate. Dealing with insurance will stress you out.
73, and Thank you

If you want LOGic to log WSJT contacts the path to the ADI file needs to be set. Click on LOG Click on Setup Click on Auto ADIF logging If path is default click WSJT-X otherwise click Select to set path. LOGic does NOT need to read the frequency when using WSJT. FT8 in LOGic. Interface to WSJT X using ADIF Auto Logging https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvphbXxixt0

Thank you. I got it figured out. I had a COM Port issue. I also did forget to plug in the serial cable from the rotor. You do not realize just how much wire it takes to be wireless until your whole shack gets taken out by lightening!
