Dennis, is there a table hidden somewhere with this info, and is it possible to access/update and so on?

I made my own host list of my favorites. Much easier to keep up with.

Yes, sure is. Go to Telnet or Telnet 2, and click on SETUP.

Tnx & 73,

Dennis is there a way to do a mass import on this, like is done for other large lists? As telnet hosts come and go, it would be nice to keep up to date and not have to do it onesy, twosey.

Sure, but import from WHERE? If there's a good database of current telnet hosts somewhere, I'm all ears!

Tnx & 73,

Please be aware that a lot of those nodes no longer work, changed address, node disappeared, etc...(EX. WC4J, N4DEN, others) While the pages do provide many options of nodes to use I see no benefit in having 762 nodes listed. I mainly use 1 or 2 out of the 12 favorites listed in my Telnet Host Setup. So it would be nice if the Telnet Hosts file could be an option to import or not.
Thanks!! Kyle

I ran a Link Check on the DXCLUSTER.INFO page and came up with 170 errors.
Host not found
Timeout
404 Not Found
To many redirects

etc....

For those that might not use Telnet or want to add a Host. I hope this will help.
73 Kyle

Adding a host to the Telnet Host list.

You can find host by using the following web sites. Be aware that some may not work, choose another.
https://www.ng3k.com/Misc/cluster.html
https://www.dxcluster.info/telnet/index.php

Click Forms>Telnet 1 or 2
Click "Setup" on the telnet window.

Click "+" to add a host.

Address - this is the address of the host you want to use. EX. DXC.W4MYA.US:7373
dxc.w4mya.us - is the address
7373 - is the port number

Name - W4MYA or anything else you want to call it.

Click "Save" to add the host
