Sorry for the delay in my response.
Make a backup first!
Try this:
IN tools/databasee commands, type
USE LOG
replace userfields with updateuserfield("SRX", VAL(GRID)) for BETWEEN(QSO_DATE,{^2025-01-01},{^2025-03-31}) AND TYPE(GRID)="N"
replace grid with "" for BETWEEN(QSO_DATE,{^2025-01-01},{^2025-03-31}) AND TYPE(GRID)="N"
This will work if there are less than 256 total characters in USERFIELDS.
So try it.
If it doesn't work, you can always export that range of QSOs to ADIF, edit with notepad (mass change GRID: to SRX:), and reimport
