Hello,

When I run my DXCC award report, it shows I need EU (Belarus). I came across EU7DA on 17 meter FT8 last month and worked the station. I received the LoTW confirmation today but EU is still showing in my report as needed/not worked. What am I missing? What do I need to do to have EU count as worked and confirmed?

Thank you,
Vin, 73

Did that contact actually show EU in the DXCC box? Is the state blank as it should be? For some reason, most of my EW contacts had either MI or MA in the state box that I had to change.

Hi Doug,

Yes, EU showed up in the DXCC box, state was blank, all the other information showed up correct from QRZ.com (Grid, CQZ, ITUZ, CONT).

Thank you,

Hi Vin:

You have Fulfilled for LoTW R. That should make it count.

The only thing I can think of is that "Is a QSL from Logbook of the World OK for this award?" is not checked.

Do Awards/Update Awards Progress Info. The internal tallies and the data can get out of sync for reasons explained in Help.

Let me know.

Tnx & 73,

Hi Dennis,

I checked the following:

Tools > Setup > Log Fields, spotting and awards tracking > DXCC: Is a QSL from Logbook of the World OK for this award? (This is checked)

Awards > Update Awards Progress Info: Processed 22400 QSOs, no rejects no reconciliation needed.

EU is still showing as Unworked in the DXCC Progress list report.

Thank you,
Vin, 73

Vin, does it still show wrong after you do "update award progress info" on the Awards dropdown menu?

Hi Doug,

Yes, EU is still showing up as "Unworked" after I run update awards process.

I'm thinking it's something simple that I need to check or uncheck but I haven't figured it out.

OK, zip up your log data (log.dbf & log.fpt) and get it to me and I can play with it here. Or the whole LOGic folder?

Or call 770-307-1511 and I can log in and take a look around.

Tnx & 73,

Vin,
Just a thought, not sure it'll help but maybe worth a look.
Check the Prefix Table to make sure EU7 is still listed.
