Hi Dennis,

I just received my new K4 and before I hook it up I thought I should ask if I should still use the K3 driver in Logic, and is there anything you know of I need to do in particular to get logic up and running with it? I'm still connected to the K3s using Win4K3suite to provide the ports needed.

Guess it's finally time to sell my K3 :)

73,

Gary

Hi Gary:

Congrats on the new rig!

Yeah, the K3 driver is the latest in LOGic. Nothing to know other than the usual -- using correct COM port and baud rate. Please verify that everything works and I will add K4 to the description.

Tnx & 73,

Hi Dennis, Yeah, I put myself on the list back when... I don't mind funding start-ups or new ventures. Everyone needs cash while inventing so I spotted for the K4 back in 2019 or so. Finally, after the Covid debacle, the K4 (K4D) is finally rolling out.

I'm in line for The K4HD when that module comes out. Probably next year.

Thankls for the info.

Say hi to Fe, & 73

Gary
