We do not accept returns on LOGic or TRX
Manager, or any other software package we sell.
PLEASE TRY THE DEMO BEFORE BUYING.
Because of the nature of software, this is the best
way to protect our copyrights. Thank you for

If you experience problems with our software, please
contact us.
HARDWARE
Hardware is warranted to be defect-free for a period
of 90 days from the date of purchase by the original
owner. This 90-day warranty only covers defects in
material and workmanship.Defective hardware under
warranty will be replaced upon return of defective
unit.
If you experience problems with hardware you have
purchased from us, please
contact us. We will assist you with
troubleshooting. If the product is defective, we may
advise you to return it directly to the manufacturer
for fastest turnaround. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT
HARDWARE PRODUCT RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR
AUTHORIZATION. Please
contact us first
before returning a hardware product.
We are not in the business of lending hardware.
If you have questions about what hardware you need
to order, please contact us. If you need test
units to substitute for your suspected bad hardware,
please contact us. We may have loaner units
available.
All original equipment, components,
manuals, cables, documents and plastic
packaging must be returned with the
hardware in order for Personal Database Applications
to process a refund.
