Hi Dennis,
I wanted to ask why, when using Logic with two main forms open, one of which is inside the main Logic window performing a function like archive reindexing causes the second window to move to the desktop (like the other one) upon restarting the program, instead of remaining inside the Logic window?
Am I doing something wrong with the settings?
Thanks and best regards,

Hi--

I think what you have to do is copy the log form you want two of. Call one MAIN.Logform and MAIN2.Logform for example.

Tnx & 73,

Hi Dennis,
Let me be more specific with my question.
I use Logic to control the operating frequency of six different radios.
I often operate multiple transceivers simultaneously, for example, two IC-7610s on different, mutually compatible bands to avoid interference, or perhaps an IC-7610 and an IC-9700.
For each radio linked to Logic, I’ve created a custom form with settings specific to that particular unit.
The HF form is configured to sit on the desktop, while the VUSHF form is set to remain within Logic's main window.
So, to address your point, I already have separate forms positioned differently.
If I’m running FT4 on 30m with the IC-7610 and FT8 with the IC-9700, the respective forms automatically log the QSOs for each band in addition to the data being sent to QRZ.com via UDP from the digital mode software I’m using.
However, if I need to perform a re-index after finishing operations, perhaps because eQSL caused an update issue, Logic restarts with the VUSHF form on the desktop, where there isn't enough space to view it properly.
I’ve attached two screenshots, one from before the operation and one from after.
I should clarify that this isn't a critical issue; since I’m aware of the behavior, I simply close Logic and reopen it, and the form returns to my programmed layout.
I just wanted to know if there was a setting I might have missed.
Thanks for your patience. I also have a few other questions regarding updating US station data from QRZ.
