I went through the app and there is no whitelist capability. I haven't messed with my Spectrum router settings for a long time and tried to just a few minutes ago, it's not the "old" router I remember. Went through the MySpectrum app (which Spectrum says is where to do everything....right) and there is no place to whitelist or unblock anything except for email addresses. In my account there is a security section that displays a list of blocked websites but it's empty, I even tried the Updater again and it was not listed as blocked yet it was blocked. And so I used the only thing they had regarding blocked websites which was the request form for unblocking a site. I'm at their mercy until I get a reply.

I recall back a couple years ago when they blocked my local ham radio clubs website for months, it eventually got fixed but took a month or so, sadly I don't remember how. How does a website that has a hundred or so users get blocked in the first place ?? I don't get it and probably never will !!
