I just purchased a new Dell Inspiron small desktop running windows 11. After installing Logic 10 (latest update, 25) I get a note while loading, that LOGICSERVER cannot be found. The program continues on after I click "ignore" and seems to run fine. However, in the process of booting up it does open two occurrences of Microsoft edge. I feel like LOGICSERVER must be important, but I don't see it.

Any thoughts?

Any other known issues with Win 11? (other than my having a problem with soundcard settings for WSJT-X in Win 11)

Ron, to see Logic Server requires that you open the Windows task manager...it will be in the list of running apps.

LOGICSERVER is the interface to TRX-Manager and can be used for other things.

There are no issues with Win 11, so not sure why it isn't running. Anyway, just turn it off. Tools/Setup/Misc Ham Setup. On the General tab, turn off OLE COM SERVER.

Now that TRX-Manager is no longer available, the default setting is off. However the On state is retained by the settings of old installs.
