Sorry for the problem. It isn't supposed to let you download an update that is newer than your license.
All you have to do to fix this is run the LOGic Updater from outside LOGic. Look in the Windows start menu, under LOGic. Run LOGic Updater, and select an update before your license expire data, and install it. Again, it shouldn't let you download anything after your license expire date. I will double-check that.
