Re-installation problem

Hello Dennis.

I am sorry to be a nuisance but following some difficulties with my otherwise up-to-date LOGic 10 today, I chose to uninstall and am now missing the information for re-installation.

Sometime during today, I began to be unable to see my usual COM4 connection, so I no longer had communication between my computer and my rig. Several restarts later I still had the problem, so did some backups before uninstalling.

Once the reinstall reached its need to check registration it failed.
I searched my emails about the time of my last annual registration (Nov 1 21) but could not find anything.

There may have been something I should have done at the time, but I cannot remember so, once again, your assistance would be greatly appreciated please.

Though there are many more popular logging programs available, I still find it suits me very well.
From memory, I began using it in version 4. I may not be your oldest client (81 yrs), nor longest serving client, I may be heading into that group!

Thank you very much for your quick response Dennis.
This time the very first thing I have done is to save the file as per instructions.
I have three memory sticks upon which I rotate my LOGic backups and it is there where I will remember in case of future need.
