To use LOGic's MixW interface, you must have LOGic 5.3 or later. Those who have licensed the 5.3 CD-ROM may download the latest version of 5.3. If you have a version of LOGic prior to LOGic 5.3, please upgrade to the latest version of LOGic.
Add any or all of the MixW modes that you plan to use into LOGic's modes table (tools/setup/modes). You may need to increase the size of the mode field in tools/misc utilities/change size of log fields.
To use the interface, start MixW, then run LOGic. Go to the Log menu and click MixW Interface. Any log data captured or manually logged into MixW will be automatically logged in LOGic.
If MixW is not already running, Windows will try to start it, and fail. This is a problem with the DDE technology used by MixW, not LOGic. To automatically start MixW when starting LOGic, download START_MIXW.PRG into the UPDATES folder inside the LOGic folder. After downloading this file, open it with Notepad or LOGic's built-in editor, and make the changes indicated by the comments in START_MIXW.PRG.
