LOGic 5.2 Maintenance Update

Get the latest update to LOGic 5.2. This update is available free to all LOGic 5.2 customers. If you do not have LOGic 5.2, click here for purchase info. This update cannot be installed until you have first installed LOGic 5.2 from CD-ROM.

You will need your original CD-ROM to install the update. The update permits us to add new reports, utilities, radio drivers, minor features, and bug fixes. See below for the current list.

We frequently update our CD-ROMs, so you may already have this update. To see what version of LOGic 5 that you are running, click Help/About.

Click here to download the update. The file size is about 4 mb. The update is a self-installing executable program. Simply download it and run it. Or right-click and select OPEN. It will install directly from the internet. This update includes all changes made to LOGic 5.2. There is no need to install previous internet updates.

What does this update include?

Support for Ten-Tec Pagasus radio.
Improves the way the Previous QSOs window works. Any trailing portable or mobile designator will be ignored. So Entering WN4AZY will look up WI4AZY-M, WN4AZY/DU2, WN4AZY/6, and vice versa. Added CALL and USERFIELDS columns.
Fixed bug that prevented selecting an Icom address that is not on the dropdown menu.
Fixed menu hot keys for export and import
Fixed problem with Worked Before not getting cleared when erasing a new QSO
Fixed problem with sending spots to TRX-Manager
Fixed problem that sometimes occurred when running the Lists table form when the log form was open. Opening the Lists form now closes the log form. Also, the blank record that is required by LOGic is now hidden from this screen, so you cannot accidentally edit it, etc.
Fixed problem with displaying description on Awards report when reporting integer fields (JCC, etc.).
Fixed problem reading CD key# in Win 2000.

FT-920 now correctly reads current VFO
PTT feature fixed for Windows NT (error "out_p.prg not found" fixed)
New option on log menu to stop voice player. Does not work when PTT is enabled.
RTTY is put in comment field of posted spot when operating RTTY

Build 5.2.29 (Sep/29/1999)

Fixed the "Make county list for state QSO party" button in tools/setup/list of valid values. Pennsylvania QSO party contests included. Pse see comments in log/setup for more info on using these contests.
