Report writer

Several reports are included with LOGic 5, including awards tracking reports, a general log report, mailing labels, return address labels, and QSL cards (or labels with exchange info to paste on your present cards). LOGic 5 allows you to modify these reports to suit your needs, or you may write your own. The report writer uses any printer supported by Windows.

A unique and very useful feature of LOGic 5 is its report writing facility. Most logging programs can print your logging data in only a few formats--a conventional logbook, a label, and a QSL card, for example. With LOGic 5's menu-driven, what-you-see-is-what-you-get report writer, you may easily modify included reports or write your own custom reports. Line drawing and bitmap graphics, as well as color is available. Use any TrueType font for attractive text. Some of our more artistic customers have created very attractive QSO cards. If you have received an attractive, home-printed QSL card, chances are it was done with LOGic 5!

You may choose which fields appear, and where they appear on the report. Counting and totaling are supported. The report writer prints any size form or label.

The report writer has a print-to-screen option with panning and scrolling to handle any size report. Additionally, you may print to disk in plain ASCII format, or with control codes for copying to a remote printer.
