LOGic 5 was designed to do what you want it to. There are numerous configuration options:
Valid
bands and modes--LOGic 5 will work on any band or mode, present or future. When
bands change or new bands or modes become available, simply enter them on a screen. LOGic
5 will not become obsolete due to band changes or new modes. This feature is invaluable
for MARS operators.
Two-digit
or four-digit year date format. LOGic 5 is ready for the year 2000. Click here for more Y2K info.
Several
date formats for use in all countries. Setting of date format or 2/4-digit year does not
affect how the data is stored in the database and may be changed at will.
Select

backdrop of your forms.
Automatic
field exit--with this option on, the cursor will automatically advance to the next field
when your typing fills the current one.
Valid

if you are operating out of band.

return paths), third-party status, zones, etc. from callsign prefix or state. LOGic 5

necessary.

(fractions OK) to add or subtract from your system clock to get UTC.

only by disk size.
