Dennis,

I have my information in the email setup under the Options tab in the Spot Log, but even though I have the "email needed spots" unchecked, it still sends them. Please take a look at that.

Sorry, can't reproduce that here. The only thing I can think of -- make sure that Email Alerts is not checked (on the Alerts page).

Email Alerts WAS checked. That was it. I had turned off Email Needed Spots in another window and thought that would take care of it.
