I get an error message (please see attachment). I do not recall doing anything out of the ordinary. I was running a report and wanted to just look at it on the screen instead of printing it out. I am using LOGic 10.0.16 on a Windows 8 computer. I will say, I was also having a problem trying to print to my printer, but this seems to have worked itself out. I do not know why. Is it with one particular report, or all of them? If just one report, please tell me which one. Was the failure to print to the printer say anything about the spooler? Try the 10.0.21 update. We updated the print-to-screen library we brought. Who knows, maybe that fixed it. I doubt it is anything you are doing. I searched for that error and found this among others: https://www.wikihow.com/Fix-a-Print-Spooler Curious that Print to Screen is using the spooler.... Tnx & 73, Dennis WN4AZY
