Strange problem:

My Green Heron RT21 works perfectly with the rotor control head window within Logic9 but won't turn the antenna from the Spot Log. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Hi Stan:

Sorry, I don't know what is going on. What happens when you click the S or L buttons on the spot log? Nothing? Do you get the little gray display in the top righthand corner of the main LOGic window saying "Aiming antenna xxx short path" and the like?

Does Aim Antenna Short and Aim Antenna Long work from the log menu of the log form?

Do you have more than one rotor configured into LOGic?

Let me know.

Tnx & 73,

A phone call revealed that the wrong rotor was selected in log/setup for the log form. I'll put this in a rotor FAQ eventually hihi.

Wonderful support from Dennis. He called on the phone, took control of my computer remotely, and we figured out the problem in about five minutes. Everything is working perfectly. This is why Logic9 is my favorite logging program: anyone can make a relational database but not many companies call to fix a problem. Way to go Hosenose!!!
