Logic V 9.1.33 will not open and gives Program Error

c:\programs files(x86)\logicdata\spots.dbf is not a table.

If I click ignore it just gives the same error twice more and runs Database maintenance. Then back to the same error again.

What I have done.

1. I ran Clean up indexes and temporary files.

2. I ran Disk Cleanup on C: drive

3. I ran Defrag on c; drive

4. I reinstalled V 9.1.33.

5. I restarted the computer 3 times.

6. I rebooted the modem.

What to do next?

Good morning my friend Kyle.
I thought about deleting spots.dbf, but I didn't feel safe doing it unless someone with more knowledge told me to.
Thanks a bunch. Logic is up and running again now.
