Hello Dennis,
I had a problem with LOGic errors within the past half and hour, I checked for an update and downloaded the update and I still have the following errors.

1 Wrong version of callsign exception file.

2 Prefix lookup setup failed.

QRZ Subscription login failure:

I have an active QRZ Subscription.

Hi--

Are you installing the 9.1.31 update? If not, which version? I double-checked the .31 update and it is OK.

Error "Wrong version of callsign exception file":
Reboot your computer.

Download and keep a copy of the 9.1.31 update. Checkmark the RETAIN FILE AFTER INSTALLATION box. Go ahead and reinstall. If that fixes it, fine. It SHOULD fix it. If it doesn't, delete the file PREFIXEXCEPTIONS.XML from the DATA folder inside where LOGic is installed (typically c:\program files (x86)\logic). Now, install the 9.1.31 update that you retained. This will insure that the new file from the update is used and that the old one isn't failing to be replaced for some reason.

QRZ Subscription Failure:
Are you getting an error message? Look at the XML that is returned if any for any clues.

Tnx & 73,

Hello Dennis,

Thank you for the prompt attention to my query, the reboot and the .31 update did the trick and all seems fine now.
