I'd enjoy having this too. I just came to add to the wish list and see it's been brought up already. I've been importing to my log via WSJT-X's adif file but it would be wonderful to see this integrated into Logic.

That is my current project. It got delayed with everything going on, plus my development laptop died and had to be sent to CA. I should get it back Tues or Weds.

I have the part that deals with monitoring the file and processing new data. Now I just need to plug an ADIF processor into it.

Anything that creates an ADIF file as you log will work.

Any update on the timeline for this project, Dennis? I know that your personal life has been difficult recently, so I understand that delays were unavoidable.

Thanks for your understanding.

That's what all this ADIF rigamarole has been about. I got the part that would seem difficult -- watching the intermediate file and triggering an event to update LOGic -- done. So not long. Just a matter of tying it all together.

Thanks,

Possible to set it up to monitor multiple file locations (for JTDX, etc.?)

Looking forward to auto-logging !! I'm playing with all this now and have two instances of WSJT-X going with Bandmaster with Omni-rig and it works great. JT Alert is also nice but just getting started looking at it. It keeps a log (ADIF) also. Haven't tried multiple instances of it as of yet (with corresponding WSJT-X windows).

The thing I'm running into is the ADIF files to import get bigger and bigger and if you import several times, you get duplicate entries in LOGic. SOooo, I manually erase the dupes.

Looking forward to getting this all automated and streamlined ! Lots of fun !

Ok, there is an easier way to delete dupes. Tools/misc util/delete duplicate.

Back to work on it! hihi.

Dennis, that will be the biggest major improvement since Logic 9 was distributed. I am tired of using Log4OM and then importing data daily into Logic. I find Logic 9 gives me a better DX Watch for needed DX and better reports. Been a user since 2001. Thanks for you effort.

The wst-x Version 1.9 RC version offers a so called " N1MM+ Logger+ Broadcast" interface for ADIF- Broadcast.
Is this a possibility for transfer the ADIF -files automatically also to LOGIc9?

I just downloaded the JT alert software today and got it all working. I am currently using adif import to update Logic.

As usual, Dennis, you are a step or two ahead of me - I should have known that you are already working on it!

Thanks again for the great job that you do!

Also, what ever happened to support for MMTTY, GQSL, ClubLog, etc.???

Any progress on this, Dennis? HRD is a mess to work with, and I can't get jtalert to log directly to it. DX Lab works fine with wsjt and jtalert, but is generally inferior to LOGic.

I don't like the hassle of having to import adif from wsjt, but it seems to be the best option at this point.

I know you are quite busy, and I also know that I have no concept of how difficult software development can be, but anything you can do to expedite this project would be greatly appreciated by all your users. We all want LOGic to remain the best logging program available.

Thanks,
Jess
