Updating internal Logic Callbook (labeled FCC callbook in Tools/Internet/import menu) is very slow and usually never completes. Opening browser to FCC site with l_amat.zip file takes only just over a minute.

I have never had an issue with it here. It is a separate program from LOGic that runs in the background (you can start it and exit LOGic if you want), and I haven't really watched it. I just start it and it finishes eventually.

It is slow downloading. Not sure why. If you're really in a rush you can download it using a browser, then process it. However, it is going to take a lot longer to process than download.

Anyway, at what point does it stop? Is it still downloading (displaying the number of KB downloaded), or while processing?

I just updated the FCC callbook today. It was a large file but it downloaded and installed completely.

No issues here.

Hi all.

I also had the same problem downloading us call. I had to change file download location in default and that took care of the problem. Also had not downloaded for 6 months and did it just now in sept. The download would stop at about 7mg.

All Is good now and downloads quickly

Hi Again,

Not sure if i should start a new post or not but was wondering if any info on other databases i could download calls from. Ex: Israel and others. Any info would help. Canada and Ireland all work for me but others are not working

The FCC database and Others has been updated.
Probably there was some problem in their server. Logic is doing its good work.
