Hi Dennis,
I installed 9.1.0 and tried the "Check for updates" feature. It failed to run, gave an error message, and aborted LOGic program. When I try to restart LOGic, I got the message "Your license file is invalid. Please reinstall." I reinstalled the old LOGic 9 initial version, but it still did not fix the license file problem. What should I do? I run WinXP SP3.

Program 9.1.1 crashes now when I try to send updates to LOTW or get updates from LOTW. Crash happens just after the log file window appears. No error msg, but asks if I want to send info to Microsoft. Also crashes without any involvement by me after 15 seconds or so from startup. That error is "OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from system: Index was outside the bounds of the array."

Ok, sorry for the delay getting back to you. I was having computer issues.

We didn't change anything with that, and it still works here.

For import, are you clicking IMPORT DIRECTLY FROM WEB? When you say "after the log window appears", do you mean the actual log window where you log QSOs, or the Update Log tab of the LoTW Import screen?

Yes, I click on import directly from the web. Always have done that. By "log window" I mean the "updating signed log data window" when sending QSOs to LOTW.

Dennis, to reply to your message to me, I started Logic and it seems to be working OK now. It looks like the issues come and go. I'll add more to this thread if I encounter more problems.

Well it may be that I did not explain my problem enough so here it coms.
I installed 9.1.0 and tried the "Check for updates" feature to install the 9.1.1. version. It failed to run, gave an error message, and aborted LOGic program.
The first line of the error message is

Below is a screenshot of the error file.

Ok, that window is from the TrustedQSL program, from the ARRL. I just tried uploading here, and no problems either.

Billi, sometimes there is info in the Windows Event Viewer for errors like N7IP describes, " No error msg, but asks if I want to send info to Microsoft". In Win 10, type EVENT VIEWER in the search thingy, then Windows Logs. then Application.

You can try uploading manually using the TQSL program. Look in the TMP folder inside the LOGic install folder. There should be the ADIF file from the last LoTW upload attempt there. Run TrustedQSL and upload it. If it runs without problems by itself but not within LOGic, it LOGic's fault (not likely since LOGic justs shells out to TrustedQSL for you). If it still errors, you can call ARRL without confusing them with LOGic, which isn't relevant if TrustedQSL is crashing.

Tnx & 73,
