I tried to import the newest 10-10 list... I downloaded the zip file and unzipped it just fine. When I clicked on Process and pointed to the file, it started processing, but never got past 5000... it just seemed to be in a loop and did not finish. Then I could not stop and exit the processing without terminating LOGic.

It seems I cannot upload the png file at the moment...after I click on UPLOAD, it says no file chosen.

OK, this time I restarted my computer and redownloaded 10-10.zip. After unzipping it, I tried 3 times. The 3rd time it took, but it never stopped. I finally had to use the task manager to end it after it got to 180,000 records, which I know is not possible, there aren't that many 10-10 members.

We'll just have to get together next week.

Strange. Mine stops at 85000. That IS correct, even though the largest 1010# is 79000-something. They pad out the end of the file with dummy records where they put the future 1010 number in place of the call.

I wonder if our 1010 files are different? Please open 1010.txt in notepad. Turn on View/Word Wrap. Scroll to the end of the file. What do you see?

I'll be around most of the day today.

Is the file size correct?

I am not seeing anything in the code that could fail. It just sequentially reads 6 bytes at a time until End-Of-File.

Hello

Yesterday I exported the updated 1010.txt database from the Ten-Ten Member Lookup program.
Then I manually imported it into Logic 10 version 10.0.36 via Tools/Setup/Membership Lists.
I’ve done this several times in the past.

The problem is that the 1010 numbers that appear in the
“Memberships” window do not match the ones I already have recorded in the logger's QSOs
or the ones listed in the Member Lookup application.
According to the 1010 website, the only way to download the member database is through the Ten-Ten Member Lookup program.

Any suggestions?

Can you give us some specific examples? I haven not tried to d/l the 10-10 database since the last time Dennis updated things.

Thanks for the info. My mistake. I fixed it here, but the server is still problematic. I cannot log onto it. Working on building a new server, but will probably put the new .37 update on Amazon s3.
