All week, when trying to download LOTW QSOs, I have been getting the message: Unable to connect to the remote server.

Hi Bob,
LoTW along with most of ARRLs servers have been down for a few days. This apparently occurred after a scheduled system update on Tuesday. We'll have to wait and see when its back up but ARRL IT is working on it.

The latest rumor is they got bit by ransomware. The league hasn't said a word about what the problem was.
