HI,

Today, by mistake I downloaded and installed the update to version 10.0.5 BEFORE paying my
renewal so I can't launch or open Logic.

When I launch Logic a legend is :
"your subscription has expired a of 02/09/22 .
This update is dated 02/14/22"

I already paid the renewal.

So what I Have to do?

Hi Horacio--

Sorry for the problem. It isn't supposed to let you download an update that is newer than your license.

All you have to do to fix this is run the LOGic Updater from outside LOGic. Look in the Windows start menu, under LOGic. Run LOGic Updater, and select an update before your license expire data, and install it. Again, it shouldn't let you download anything after your license expire date. I will double-check that.

Fe should process your order today. I am out of town and can't check on it.

Thanks for your reply.

I re-install the previous version succesfully.

Renewal:
I don't know why but the renewal page charge me the "Annual renewal" + "Logic 10" = total $72.
So if the second charge it is not necessary please add it for another year.

Glad you got it to go.

Everything costs $36 now. I'll check your record to make sure we didn't double-charge you. The update/new install is also the same product now. It can be used as either.
